Trevor Wood is an award-submitting motion designer and LEGO aisle regular based in Central Illinois.
Trevor got his first real job shooting and editing small business TV commercials for the local news station. While he enjoyed being behind the camera, he fell in love with animating logos in After Effects and started adding motion graphics to absolutely everything (whether the client asked for it or not).
After reading The Freelance Manifesto by Joey Korenman, he found success freelancing on the side and eventually had to quit his job to go freelance full time. Since then, he’s worked on projects for Google, Amazon, Spotify, Rocket Mortgage, Boeing, and more.
Trevor is married with two kids* and loves reading science fiction, playing board games, and collecting LEGO.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication in Organizations from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL, and an Associate’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies and Certificate in Media Production from Parkland College in Champaign, IL
