About

New rules allowing Ethereum-linked ETFs to be traded like any other ETF meant that Bitwise could finally launch two new products: AETH and BTOP, an investment in Ether futures, and Ether and Bitcoin futures, respectively.

To help spread the word, they wanted to create a :15 second national commercial to air on CNBC.

Sounds easy enough. The only problem? The spot needed to air in exactly two weeks.

An alternate option we pitched to the Bitwise team.
Parts of this design ended up in the final piece.

It takes two.

With an accelerated timeline like this, Andrew and I were both glad we were working together on this.

It was so helpful to have two people in every meeting, and two heads combine on the storyboards, style frames, and animation.

Near the end we were able to handle client communication and revisions twice as fast by sharing the load.

Style frames/storyboards for the final piece.
By putting a little extra effort into finishing our storyboards, the final spot was looks almost identical to this initial set of boards.

Good clientele.

With every new project, you have no idea what you are going to get, really. Both Andrew and I were so impressed with the internal team at Bitwise.

They honestly made this project go so much smoother than we could have anticipated.

The team came to us with a solid script and references that made getting started quick and easy, and their precise and punctual feedback made the revision process a breeze.

We looked forward to each meeting knowing we were talking to some of the best and most creative people in the crypto fund management space.

We can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
